Heavenly Father,

I come before You today, seeking Your wisdom and guidance as I reflect on the profound truth found in Luke 16:6, where it is said, "And he said, An hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty." Lord, this verse resonates deeply within my spirit, revealing the intricate nature of stewardship and the choices we make with the resources entrusted to us. I honor You, O God, as the source of all wisdom, and I ask that You inspire my heart to fully understand and apply the lessons within this scripture.

Lord, I recognize that in the parable, the steward faced a pivotal moment—one that required discernment, quick thinking, and bold action. In this world filled with distractions and temptations, help me to be like the steward, not settling for mediocrity but striving for excellence in managing what You have given to me. May I see every choice I make as a reflection of my commitment to You and to the responsibilities that You have entrusted into my hands.

Father, as I think about the hundred measures of oil, I realize that it represents the abundance of blessings You pour into my life. Help me to appreciate every talent, every opportunity, every relationship, and every resource.
