Heavenly Father,

As I kneel before You in humble reverence, I am reminded of the profound words spoken by our Lord in the book of Luke, chapter 17, verse 34: "I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left." Lord, these words weigh heavy upon my heart, reminding me of the urgency and significance of being prepared for Your return. I come to You today seeking insight and strength to live a life that reflects Your glory and draws me closer to You.

Father, I recognize that this life is fleeting and that our time on earth is but a moment in the grand scheme of eternity. Awaken in me a desire to study Your Word diligently, to spend time in prayer, and to foster a community of believers that encourages one another to stay steadfast.
