Heavenly Father,

In this sacred moment, we reflect upon the words of Your Son, as recorded in the Gospel of Mark, where it is written: "And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up" (Mark 4:4, KJV).

Lord, these words resonate in our hearts, for they reveal to us both the beauty and the vulnerability of the seeds that You sow in our lives. We stand in awe of Your majestic plan for growth and harvest, yet we are painfully aware of the distractions and dangers that seek to consume the very seeds that are meant to nurture our souls.
