O Heavenly Father,

Lord, I thank You for the gift of instruction, for the guidance that emanates from Your word and the countless wisdom that flows from Your unfathomable understanding. Instead, I pray for the discipline and perseverance to gather these precious nuggets of insight, allowing them to shape my character and direct my paths.

Lord, in moments when pride attempts to silence the counsel I need, remind me that true wisdom comes from humility. Let my heart remain open and receptive, avoiding the temptation to reject advice due to arrogance or the fear of being wrong. May I instead recognize that in every instruction lies an opportunity to grow, to evolve, and to be molded more into Your likeness.
