We thank You for Your Word, which stands as a beacon of hope and truth, guiding us through the challenges we face in this life. Today, we reflect upon the profound words of Psalm 106:11, which proclaims, "And the waters covered their enemies: there was not one of them left." We pause in awe at the majesty of Your deliverance, knowing that You are the God who fights our battles, the God who preserves His people.

Lord, as we look back through scripture, we see the narrative of Your faithful hand guiding the children of Israel through the treacherous waters of the Red Sea. They stood at the edge, filled with fear and uncertainty, facing an insurmountable enemy behind them. Yet You, in Your infinite wisdom and power, parted the waters, allowing them safe passage into freedom. And when the waters returned, their oppressors were swallowed whole, leaving no trace of their threat. You demonstrated that there is no army too great or circumstance too dire for Your might. We hold onto this truth as we encounter our own foes—those who seek to undermine our faith, peace, and joy.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that we too are often beset by enemies—enemies of doubt, fear, anxiety, and sin. They come against us like a relentless tide, seeking to drown us in despair. Yet, we must remember that just as You provided an escape for Your chosen people, so too do You provide for us. Help us to recognize Your hand at work in our lives, guiding us through the storms. Let us lift our eyes to You, trusting in Your ability to silence our fears and render our enemies powerless, for we know that

"there was not one of them left."

Lord, our faith can sometimes waver in the face of adversity, and we confess that we have allowed doubt to creep into our hearts. In our personal lives, we pray for deliverance from relationships that drain our vitality and discourage our spirits. We seek Your wisdom in our decisions and direction in our paths. May You favor us, guiding us towards those who uplift us and sharpening our resolve to walk away from those who wish to pull us into darkness.

We also intercede for those who are lost and ensnared by their circumstances. We pray for the hopeless—the sick, the broken-hearted, and the weary. May Your waters of healing and restoration flow over them, bringing life where there is death, joy where there is sorrow, and hope where there is despair.
