O Lord God, our refuge and strength, we come before You today with humbled hearts, seeking Your divine protection and guidance. Your Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, and we take comfort in the truth of Psalm 21:11, where we read, ‘For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.’

Father, we acknowledge that in this world there are those who design weapons of malice against the innocent, those who plot and scheme without regard for the consequence of their actions. We stand firm in the assurance that no weapon forged against us shall prosper, empowered by the promise that You are our defender and safeguard.

Lord, we lift up to You every plan that has been devised in the darkness, every whisper of discord that has sought to penetrate our lives with despair. You, who see all and know all, do not turn Your eyes away from the schemes that are aimed at us. In our moments of vulnerability, remind us, O God, that You are our fortress, and under Your wings, we are safe and secure.

We make this prayer not only for ourselves but for those within our circles of influence—our families, friends, colleagues, and communities. Protect them from malicious intents and hidden traps, for we know that there is an enemy who walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We ask that You place a hedge of angelic protection around our loved ones, shielding them from the designs of the wicked. Strengthen our bonds, unify our spirits, and instill in us discernment to recognize threats, both seen and unseen.

Gracious Father, we plead with You to confuse the intentions of those who plot evil. For every mischievous device that is set against us, may it be rendered powerless. Just as You thwarted the plans of Haman in the days of Esther, we believe You can and will thwart every evil scheme today. Let the hearts of those who intend to harm be turned away from their paths of destruction, and may they come to know the transformative power of Your love and grace.

We pray for the humility to forgive those who have wronged us, to release any bitterness we may harbor in our hearts. As we seek to walk in Your ways, help us to overcome evil with good. Let our responses be filled with wisdom and grace, exemplifying the character of Christ even in trying circumstances.

Lord, as we navigate the challenges we face, instill in us a spirit of vigilance and courage. Help us to recognize that while the enemy may devise plans of evil, we are more than conquerors through You who love us. May we stand tall in faith, knowing that the battle is not ours, but Yours. We choose to trust in Your timing and Your methods.

In times of struggle, remind us that You have a greater purpose in our pain. Equip us to respond in love, even when we face opposition. May our witnesses shine brightly through adversity, drawing others to the fortress that is You.

We thank You for the promise that even when evil is intended against us, we will find our refuge in You. We rest in Your omnipotence, grateful for Your faithfulness in times past and trusting in Your presence in the times ahead. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, who is our strength and refuge. Amen.
