O Lord, Ruler of all creation, we humbly come before You today, inspired by the profound truth conveyed in Psalm 86:9, which proclaims, "All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name." This verse resonates deeply within our hearts, reminding us of Your sovereign power and the universal call to worship that echoes through the ages.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge You as the Creator of the heavens and the earth. You fashioned every nation, tribe, and tongue, and in all of Your creation, we see a reflection of Your glory. May our hearts align with the understanding that every person on this planet is made in Your image, and thus, all have the capability to worship You in spirit and in truth.

We bring before You our world today, filled with diversity and beauty, yet marred by discord and division. O Lord, we pray earnestly for the nations of the earth. For those who are lost, struggling in darkness, we ask that Your light would shine upon them, illuminating their paths and guiding them to You. In every corner of the globe, let the hearts of men and women be stirred to seek Your face. We pray that the xenophobia and hatred that sometimes divide us may be replaced by a profound love that transcends boundaries, cultures, and languages.

Lord, as we meditate on the phrase "shall come and worship before thee," we are reminded that worship is our ultimate purpose. You deserve the worship of every soul, and we ask that You instill in us a sense of urgency to share the Gospel and spread the Good News to those who have yet to know Your saving grace. Simple, broken lives worshipping together, lifting their voices in harmony – that is a glimpse of what we look forward to in Your heavenly kingdom.

O God, we yearn for the day when the nations of the world will fulfill this scripture, when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that You are Lord. We pray for the missionaries serving in foreign lands, that they be empowered by Your Spirit to speak boldly and to embody Your love. Grant them wisdom, favor, and protection as they serve You.

We also ask for repentance on behalf of ourselves and our nations. Too often, we have turned our backs on You, seeking our ways instead of Yours. Equip our leaders with humility and the fear of the Lord, that they might recognize their authority as a stewardship for Your people. May they govern in righteousness, seeking justice and mercy, leading their countries towards the light of Your truth.

Gracious God, may our worship not only be confined to churches, synagogues, or mosques, but may it overflow into our daily lives. Help us to reflect Your love in our actions and words, embodying Your truth everywhere we go. Teach us that each act of kindness, each word of encouragement, and every gesture of love can be a form of worship. Let us glorify Your name not just in our gatherings but in our interactions with one another.

We thank You for the promise that all nations will one day glorify Your name. This truth assures us that no matter the trials we may face, Your ultimate plan is for every heart to recognize Your majesty. We lift our prayers for peace among nations, healing for the broken-hearted, and hope for the hopeless, trusting that You are sovereign and that Your purposes will prevail.
