Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with grateful hearts, acknowledging Your sovereignty and omnipotence in our lives. Thank You, Lord, for the reassurance found in Your Word, particularly in Psalm 89:22 which states, "The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him." In this verse, we find great comfort knowing that You are our protector, our fortress, and our stronghold in times of trouble.

Lord, as we reflect on the adversities and trials we face, we recognize the reality of the enemies that seek to undermine our faith and hinder our walk with You. You have warned us of the schemes of the enemy, whose intention is to steal, kill, and destroy our joy, our peace, and ultimately our relationship with You. Yet, in the face of such threats, we hold fast to the promise contained in this verse. We declare in faith that the enemy shall not exact upon us—he shall not have authority over our lives and cannot impose his wickedness upon us.

Father, we pray for Your divine protection over our households, our families, and every aspect of our lives. Surround us with Your angels, Lord, and place a hedge of protection around us, so that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We ask that You open our spiritual eyes to recognize the forces at work that aim to bring us down. Grant us discernment, courage, and strength to stand firm against any adversarial powers in our lives, whether they are spiritual, emotional, or physical in nature.

As we navigate through the challenges that come our way, remind us that You are our shield and our refuge. When the storms of life rage, may we look to You as our steadfast anchor. Teach us to lean on You, Lord, and not on our own understanding. We surrender our fears and worries into Your capable hands, knowing that You are in control. We ask that You fill our hearts with peace, for it is Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray specifically for those who feel overwhelmed by the weight of affliction or the threat of the wicked. For those who feel crushed by the adversary's attacks, be their healer and their comforter. Bring hope where there is despair, joy where there is sadness and strength where there is weakness. We take refuge in the promise that no son of wickedness shall afflict him; thus we come against every evil influence aimed at our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

We ask You, God, to guard our minds from thoughts of defeat and hopelessness. In moments of doubt, remind us of Your unwavering love and commitment to us as our protector. May we remember that through Christ, we are more than conquerors. Empower us to fight the good fight of faith, relying on Your might and strength.

Father, help us stand in unity with our brothers and sisters in faith, praying for one another, encouraging one another, so that we can build one another up in the Body of Christ. In times of trouble, let us be a source of comfort and support for those around us, showing them the same love that You have shown us.

In closing, we declare that Your promises are true. We commit to trusting You entirely—You will not allow the enemy to prevail against us, nor will the son of wickedness afflict us. Our futures are held securely in Your hands, and we are grateful for Your love and protection.
